1.Why Haven’t My Deposits Arrived?
Blockchain asset transfers involve three stages: outgoing transfer, blockchain confirmation, and crediting on Venkate.
If the withdrawal status on the withdrawal platform shows "completed" or "successful," it means the transfer has been successfully sent to the blockchain but does not guarantee it has been credited on the receiving platform.
Each blockchain has different confirmation requirements, which vary in time. If your deposit hasn’t arrived, follow these steps:
- If the blockchain shows unconfirmed or the number of confirmations hasn’t reached Venkate’s required number, please wait patiently. Venkate will credit the funds after the blockchain confirms the transaction.
- If the status shows "failed," the transfer was unsuccessful. Contact the sender or the withdrawal platform for further assistance.
- If the blockchain shows confirmed, but the funds haven’t arrived, contact Venkate’s customer service for assistance.
2. How to Check Transaction Status on the Blockchain?
Log in to the Venkate website, go to [My Assests], and click [Trade History] to see your records.
Find the deposit record and click the button on the right to check the transaction hash and view the detailed progress.
