Why Haven’t My Withdrawals Arrived?

Asset transfers involve three stages: 

Venkate outgoing transfer, blockchain confirmation, and crediting on the receiving platform.

Typically, Venkate generates a TxID within 30-60 minutes, indicating the withdrawal has been processed and sent to the blockchain. However, blockchain network traffic may delay TxID generation. Ensure you entered the correct address, network, and that the external wallet supports the network. Inconsistent or incompatible network selections will result in asset loss.

Follow these steps if your withdrawal hasn’t arrived:

1. Check if you received an email from Venkate regarding the withdrawal, confirming that the request was submitted successfully.
2. If the blockchain TxID shows "unconfirmed," wait for the network confirmation. The number of required confirmations varies by blockchain.
3. If the blockchain shows "confirmed," but the funds haven’t arrived, contact the receiving platform’s customer service.
