Venkate generally does not provide recovery services for user errors during the deposit process. However, if you incur significant losses due to operational errors, Venkate may decide at its discretion to assist in the recovery of tokens.
Please note: If token recovery is supported, it requires considerable human resources, time, and risk control costs, such as additional installation or upgrading of our wallet software, importing and exporting private keys, etc. This process is lengthy and risky. The platform will charge a fee of 100 USDT per recovery service. Please reserve an equivalent of 100 USDT in your Venkate account (USDT/BTC/ETH/TRX/XRP). After deducting the equivalent 100 USDT fee, the platform will recover the assets as soon as possible.
- Fees for Delisted Tokens
For tokens that have been announced for delisting, if users fail to withdraw the assets within the announced timeframe, a withdrawal request can be made. Users can request the withdrawal of delisted tokens through online support or a support ticket.
Please note: After the withdrawal deadline provided in the announcement, the platform will disable wallet services for the delisted tokens. If users fail to withdraw in time and still need to withdraw, we will need to reconfigure all service functions for the token's wallet, which also requires considerable human resources, time, and risk control costs. The platform will charge a fee of 100 USDT per delisted token withdrawal. Please reserve an equivalent of 100 USDT in your Venkate account (USDT/BTC/ETH/TRX/XRP). After deducting the equivalent 100 USDT fee, the platform will process the withdrawal of the delisted token assets as soon as possible.
